This 21 unit motel on Pioneer Trail in South Lake Tahoe had significant deferred maintenance. After purchasing the property in December 2020, we stripped the entire motel down to the studs, and replaced the electrical, plumbing, roof, and large amounts of dry rot. The property was eventually sold in March 2022.
