The building was purchased needing significant improvements and a revamped leasing strategy. The plan is to demo office into flex space, repair major capex (e.g. roof and HVACs), and improve the overall quality of the units; allowing us to attract a new wave of commercial tenants to this well located site.

During escrow, 3 new leases and 3 extensions were signed, providing stability to complete the remainder of the project.
